Cancellation and Refund

Fabulous Maths believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:

Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 7 calendar days of placing the order. However, the cancellation request may not be entertained if the orders have been delivered, in full or partially, in the form of downloadable documents or artifacts in electronic form (in other words, soft copies of the artifacts in any format).
Fabulous Maths does not accept cancellation requests for worksheets downloaded in electronic form (for example, as a PDF document or image or any other format).
In case of any refunds approved by Fabulous Maths, it’ll take 6-8 days for the refund to be processed to the end customer.
